eMIPReMIPR is part of the government’s initiative to embrace IT into its daily operations. This project partnered with I-Magination Solutions offers a key solution to the Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources.

The eMIPR automates all business processes associated with the Ministry of Industy and Primary Resources from various online applications, licensing, document and workflow management for both its clients and Ministry employees alike.

This allows its daily operations to be more efficient maximizing productivity while eliminating wastage with proper Business Process Reorganization.

We understand that with change comes the need for reorganization. With proper change management procedures and guidelines, we ensure the government’s investment is utilized to its full potential.
 
Mail Mechanization
Mail MechanizationThe Mail Mechanization projects aims to empower the Brunei Postal Services Department to efficiently sort and organize their incoming mail in ensuring speedy delivery reliably.

With our partner, Siemens Dematic of Germany, we have implemented a Compact Reader Sorter (CRS) to sort all standard size packages and a Mixed Mail Sorter (MMS) to sort packages of various sizes.

Implementation of the sorters were completed in the year 2004. Current involvement includes running the day to day operations as well as long term maintenance of these equipment by our engineers trained in Germany.

Currently the Brunei Postal Services Department is considering implementing a third sorter to complement their operations.
 
E-Government Public Key Infrastructure
PKIPrimatel Communications won the bid to consult, design, supply, build, implement, test, commission and maintain E-Government Public Key Infrastructure for the Ministry of Finance Brunei.

PKI enables network users to exchange data and digital signatures securely through the use of a public and private cryptographic key pair that is shared andobtained through a trust authority. Under this project, Primatel will setup a root and trust authority for the Brunei Government.
With this project, Primatel looks to bring a new era of secured communications and storage to the government of Brunei Darussalam.
